Thanks for shopping at MISSION Boat Gear. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it and in the original packaging.

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. If your return is approved, we will notify you of the approval of your refund, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a few days. If the item you returned is not in new condition, your order may be subject to a stocking fee of up to 30% of the full, non-discounted, value of the item. The time it takes to receive your refund will depend on your card issuer's policies and processes.

We only exchange goods if they are defective or damaged. In circumstances where you consider that a product is defective, you should promptly contact us here or at 612.355.1289 with details of the product and the defect.

Clearance, Outlet, or Refurbished items are not eligible for refund or exchange. All sales are final.

Refunds do not include any shipping and handling charges shown on the packaging slip or invoice. Shipping charges for all returns must be prepaid and insured by you. You are responsible for any loss or damage to product during shipment. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Any amounts refunded will not include the cost of shipping.
